Recently, two group standards presided over by Zhuzhou Ruideer Intelligent Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd., namely T/CMEEEA 379—2026 Silicon Carbide Chemical Vapor Deposition Furnace and T/CMEEEA 378—2026 Industrial Internet Platform - Data Dictionary for Industrial Furnace Connecting, have been approved and released by China Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Engineering Association, which came into force on October 2, 2026.
The release and implementation of the two group standards mark our practical achievements in product specification of thermal processing equipment and digital industrial internet standardization.
